USD/CHF breaks below 0.8860

FXStreet (San Francisco) - After a period of consolidation in between 0.8860 and 0.8880, the USD/CHF is now extending its decline amid weaker than expected manufacturing data in US. Now the pair reached fresh lows since May 12 at 0.8855.

Currently, USD/CHF is trading at 0.8866, down 0.02% on the day, having posted a daily high at 0.8880 and low at 0.8855. The FXStreet OB/OS Index is reflecting neutral hourly conditions, while the FXStreet Trend Index is strongly bearish.

USD/CHF levels

The USD/CHF would face supports at 0.8850, 0.8750 and 0.8700. On the upside, resistances are at 0.8910, 0.9000 and 0.9040.

EUR/USD: Draghi could talk down the euro - BBH

The BBH analyst team commented that EUR/USD is back at pre-June ECB meeting levels, which could lead Draghi to talk down the shared currency next Thursday.
