ECB keeps rates steady in April

FXStreet (Łódź) - The European Central Bank, which held its monthly monetary policy meeting today, announced its decision to leave the key interest rates unchanged in April.

The ECB Governing Council said that the interest rate on the main refinancing operations and the interest rates on the marginal lending facility and the deposit facility would remain unchanged at 0.25%, 0.75% and 0.00% respectively.

Mario Draghi is due to comment on the decision at a press conference starting at 12:30GMT.
