Analysts at Nomura offered their model's projection for today's fix in USD/CNY.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 56 pips higher than the previous fix (6.4120 from 6.4064) and 104 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.4016. The basket implied change is 128 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.4144 from 6.4016)."
