Germany: ZEW Survey – Economic Sentiment deteriorates considerably in March
FXStreet (Łódź) - The German ZEW Survey – Economic Sentiment tumbled to 46.6 points in March, from 55.7 points in February, the Zentrum für Europäische Wirtschaftsforschung reported today. Market consensus pointed only to a decrease to 53 points.
The German ZEW Survey – Current Situation grew to 51.3 points from 50.0 points and below forecasts of a rise to 52.0 points.
Meanwhile, the Eurozone ZEW Survey – Economic Sentiment slid to 61.5 points in March, from 68.5 points in February, below projections of an drop to 67.3 points.
