US Election Update: Hillary Clinton treated for pneumonia

US Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was diagnosed with pneumonia, after she was taken ill at a 9/11 ceremony last Friday, BBC news reports.

The doctor's statement said she was diagnosed with pneumonia on Friday and given antibiotics, she was now re-hydrated and "recovering nicely".
